Yes, we can prepare larger orders for offices, events, or groups; send us a message through the contact form or visit the shop at least a day ahead so we can plan the fruit and packaging
Always tell our team about your allergy before you order so we can guide you to safer options; while we handle fruit carefully, everything is prepared in the same small space, so we cannot promise a completely allergen-free environment.
Yes, you can ask our team to remove fruits you do not like and swap in others that are available that day; some custom changes may slightly affect the price depending on what you choose.
All of our products do not contain sugar or syrups except our Lemon-mint which has sugarwater.
We do not add preservatives; the cups are meant to be eaten fresh within a short time window, which keeps the ingredient list short and easy to understand.
For the best taste and texture, enjoy your KAIA cup or juice within about 20–30 minutes; if you need to save it, keep it in the fridge and eat/drink it within the same day so the fruit stays bright and juicy.
