Because our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns on fruit, juices, or other food items once they have been collected or delivered, except where an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. Approved refunds or replacements will be handled at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
We may request photos so we can review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Pickup and Delivery
Orders selected for pickup must be collected at the agreed time, and delivery orders must be received at the delivery address provided at checkout.
Once a pickup or delivery order has been handed over in good condition, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.
Cancellation and Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only guarantee changes before the order has been prepared or dispatched.
